I went in with 2 flats to be fixed, only to be greeted by an extremely grumpy, impatient, and petulant serviceman. He was very short with me from beginning to end. I arrived to pick up my car a couple hours later and was grieved by a couple of things: (1) The trunk of my car was wide open with nobody attending it. A passerby could have easily reached in and grabbed my personal items; (2) It took them roughly 10 minutes to even find my keys; and (3) the same service/salesman who I had been dealing with began to pressure me to replace ALL FOUR tires. I don't mind that he advised me to replace them. The problem was that he was using scare tactics to make a quick buck. No thank-you.
